Co-author of books such as "Blockchain: the industrial revolution of the internet" or "Ellas: women in technology" and associate professor at EDEM, IE Law School or the European University, among others.

Previously, he developed and led the New Technologies and Intellectual Property Area at Arttax&Legal Abogados.
His experience includes different works of analysis and legal adaptation of business models based on DLT technology, as well as legal advice for StartUps in financing processes both in traditional (Venture Capital, Venture Debt) and alternative ways through digital asset issues (ICOs, IEOs, NFTs, STOs).

Passionate about seeing our clients create disruption in their market. His legal practice includes advising technology businesses, entrepreneurs and startups in all phases of development of their projects.
He has accumulated experience in more than 300 transactions between rounds of financing and m&a transactions. He participates as a speaker in partner agreement workshops and incentive plans or phantom shares in various accelerators and incubators.
Nominated among the forty under 40 lawyers by Iberian Lawyer in the category of 'Startup Lawyer'. He has developed his professional career as a business lawyer both in international law firms such as Garrigues and in prestigious law firms in Valencia.

All his professional experience is focused on corporate advice to startups, technology businesses and investors in the sector. He has worked with entrepreneurs and startups in various stages of development, providing legal advice from the incorporation of companies, financing rounds, partner agreements and company sales. His goal is to contribute to the growth and success of each project, ensuring a solid legal foundation that allows his clients to reach the next level.
Always tries to keep up to date with the latest trends and legal changes in the sector to offer practical and effective advice. Committed to continue growing in the field of commercial law focusing on startups and technology businesses and looking for new ways to support clients in their long-term development and success.

With a degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Lidia has complemented her profile with specialized training in international taxation, tax consolidation, and crypto asset taxation. Her technical approach and analytical skills bring key value to the ATH21 team in the regulatory and tax areas.



She has completed a Transnational Law program in Geneva, where she was invited to participate in the International Trade Legal Clinic of the Graduate Institute in Geneva to advise REDIEX, an agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Paraguay with the aim of helping them to attract investment to the country's trade.
Student at the Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague, The Netherlands, on private international law, at WIPO on intellectual property law in Geneva, and on space law for ESA and ECSL in Portugal.
With internships at the General Directorate of Internationalization of the Valencian Community, and in the legal department of NATO.

Master's Degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy at the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (FEBF).
