Law graduate, she developed her professional career in international law firms such as Cuatrecasas and Pinsent Masons. Included in the FORBES list of the most creative people in the Spanish business world. She works in the group formed by the European Commission "Blockchain Observatory" and was part of the experts who reported on the content of the new Securities Market Law, regarding cryptoassets.
Co-author of books such as "Blockchain: the industrial revolution of the internet" or "Ellas: women in technology" and associate professor at EDEM, IE Law School or the European University, among others.
Lawyer with a multidisciplinary background (startups, banking and health...), finally focused on Commercial and Regulatory Law, specializing in advising technology-based companies, fintechs and digital assets. His training includes specialized postgraduate degrees in Legal Corporate (IE Law School), Regulation of Financial Markets and Credit Institutions (IEB) and IT, blockchain and digital assets. Pablo has led the soft-landing (corporate structuring and regulatory adaptation) and authorization process of several companies related to the fintech and digital assets sector.
Previously, he developed and led the New Technologies and Intellectual Property Area at Arttax&Legal Abogados.
His experience includes different works of analysis and legal adaptation of business models based on DLT technology, as well as legal advice for StartUps in financing processes both in traditional (Venture Capital, Venture Debt) and alternative ways through digital asset issues (ICOs, IEOs, NFTs, STOs).
Specialist in advising startups and digital businesses. Degree in Law from the University of Valencia, Master in Business Law from the University of Valencia and in Taxation from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.

He has accumulated experience in more than 300 transactions between rounds of financing and m&a transactions. He participates as a speaker in partner agreement workshops and incentive plans or phantom shares in various accelerators and incubators.

Lidia is a specialist in tax and accounting advice, with more than 15 years of experience in the comprehensive management of companies and individuals. She has worked for large companies such as Grupo Clarín and Falabella, as well as consulting firms in Spain, where she has established herself as a leader in tax filing, accounting book legalization, and regulatory compliance with the Tax Agency.
With a degree in Business Administration and Public Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires, Lidia has complemented her profile with specialized training in international taxation, tax consolidation, and crypto asset taxation. Her technical approach and analytical skills bring key value to the ATH21 team in the regulatory and tax areas.
Lourdes Domingo Villanueva is an economist specializing in financial and treasury management, with experience in multinational companies and industrial groups. She has worked at companies such as Stadler Rail Valencia and Grupo Guzman, performing duties in treasury, cash flow, bank reconciliation, payment and collection management, as well as contract control and project billing. She has a degree in Economic and Financial Management (Master's, CEF-UDIMA) and a double degree in Business Administration and Management – International Business Management from the University of Valencia and KEDGE Business School (Marseille). She speaks English and French at an advanced level and is proficient in tools such as SAP and Navision.
Degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication from CEU University and Master in Digital Marketing and Social Media.

Student at the Hague Academy of International Law in The Hague, The Netherlands, on private international law, at WIPO on intellectual property law in Geneva, and on space law for ESA and ECSL in Portugal.
With internships at the General Directorate of Internationalization of the Valencian Community, and in the legal department of NATO.
