The company, dedicated to the development of SaaS B2B software for the automation and improvement of customer services, has closed a round of 1.2 million euros led by StartupXplore and Eoniq.fund and accompanied by ATH21’s Corporate team.
The startup has received support from the Instituto Valenciano de Finanzas (IVF) and Enisa, which join investors GoHub Ventures and Aurorial, and the four founding partners.
Aunoa, a startup born in 2019, already has operations in six different countries and its turnover exceeds €1 million. It is the first company to employ Natural Language Recognition (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), RPA and Generative Artificial Intelligence techniques in the customer service sector.
Its clients include Grupo Planeta, Prosegur, Global Omnium, Grupo Cajas Rural, Uriach and PC-Componentes, as well as some public administrations.
Fernando Pérez, Aunoa’s corporate director, says that in the wake of the pandemic, the customer service industry is undergoing radical change. “Companies are changing their vision, understanding that they have to take extreme care of the customer and that, once achieved, they cannot lose a customer that has cost a lot of money to attract.”
Throughout this operation, AUNOA relied on ATH21’s Corporate team, led by Pepe Vidal and Luis Ineba, for advice during the structuring and execution of its financing round with investors. After several months of meetings and talks with leading figures in the Spanish entrepreneurial sector, this alliance has proven to be a great success.
